READ ME before booking

Booking

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation.

Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the SBS Visuals policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give SBS Visuals ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit.

Clients will be responsible for making a mood board prior to the shoot. Mood boards are generally helpful in creating a collage of inspiration and can be used as reference point during your photoshoot. I recommend using Pinterest as a resource and be sure to share your mood board within 3-4 days before your scheduled shoot. Failure to do so is NOT the responsibility of the photographer and will reflect in your photos.

Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are NOT accepted. An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will NOT be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Late/Tardiness

The session will be cancelled if more than 30 minutes late. An additional $25 dollars surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.
Session end time will NOT be extended to accommodate client tardiness.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling for any reason is allowed only ONCE. You must inform SBS Visuals via email at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 dollar rescheduling fee.

The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If SBS Visuals cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.

This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event SBS Visuals fails for any other reason, SBS Visuals shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. 

Guests

The recommended amount of guest is 2-3 people for outside shoots. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and in turn detracts from the total allotted time of your respective package.

Note: Makeup artist/ Hairstylists are welcomed on shoots. However, the photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, accessories prior to or during a booking. The photographer will NOT be held responsible for any issues resulting from insufficient preparation for your shoot.

Retouching Turnaround

Unedited Images are returned to the client 1-5 days after being taken. Client will have access to all unedited images.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited. Normal shoot turnaround time is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) from the date the client selects their favorite images to be edited. 24-72hrs speedy edits are available upon request for an additional charge, you MUST inform the photographer at the time of booking.
